How is an elliptical device different from a stationary cycle?
On an elliptical device, you are in a standing position and use both your arms and legs to receive a total body workout but in the stationary cycle, you exercise with circular pedals on a sitting position. Ellipticals also provide a more oval pedal stroke. Elliptical devices are designed to replicate walking or running, while stationary cycles are designed to replicate outdoor cycling.
Is the M5(i) Strider different from other elliptical devices?
sure! The M5 provides a drastically reduced footprint as compared to traditional ellipticals and uses the same magnetic resistance system as our M Series cycles.
The M5 Strider is quiet, has fewer maintenance needs and has no need for external power. It also provides a drastically reduced footprint comparing to the traditional one, and uses the same magnetic resistance system as our M Series cycles.
What is the stride length on the M5(i)?
It has around 13.5” (34.29 cm) with a more vertical emphasis than most elliptical devices. This helps your body to be in the right position, targeting the glutes and raising heart rate effectively.
What is the height and weight limit on the M5(i) Strider?

Yes, in order to reduce costs we ship our cardio machines partially assembled.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once an order is received, the elliptical trainer is shipped within 3 to 4 business days of processing the order, as all our devices are made and shipped from Fresno.
How is the M5i Shipped?
It is shipped about halfway assembled via Fedex. You will have a tracking number to conclude the day of delivery, Fedex will require a signature of someone over the age of 18 for a safe receiving.
What if my elliptical device is damaged during shipping?
Not to worry, the guarantee covers all shipping damage. And If this happened just send a quick picture of the damaged area to [email protected] and someone will reach out to you within 2 business days.
