I don't have a wheelchair; can I still use the M7i?

sure, the straps can be used to attach almost any “standard” stationary chair except office style.

Does the M7i come with a console?

Yes, the M7i console is standard and tracks your current gear level, exercise duration, kcals burned, power output in watts, step count, METs, steps-per-minute, and heart rate with a suitable heart rate monitor.

What are “METs?”

MET, or metabolic equivalent, is a way to track exercise intensity. 1 MET refers to the oxygen consumed by a body at rest, so if you read 3 METs you are working 3x as hard as you would be at rest.

Does the M7i have a media tray?

The console features enough space for your phone but not for large tablets.

What is the height and weight limit on the M7i?

There is no weight or height limit on the M7i.

Can I lock the arms or foot pedals on the M7i?

While the bar arms and pedals are always in motion, you can choose to work just upper or just lower body with ease.

How does the M7i ship? Does it require assembly?

Via Fedex and is almost ready to go out of the box! Just attach the safety strap mechanism with two screws and you’re ready to go.

Combining the unique pivoting patented X-Bars to the heralded M3i Indoor Cycle makes the M3iX to mountain biking or hill climbing what the M3i is to road biking. It has the same smooth ride and M3i reliability, with 7 levels of handlebar resistance. 

Independent upper and lower body movements offer great core, upper torso, and arm benefits and also aids balance training. Research shows X-bars burn more calories than traditional bikes. I'm having trouble deciding between an M3(i) cycle and the M3(i) Total Body Trainer. Is the M3 Total Body Trainer very different from a spin cycle?

It comes with a wider, more cushioned seat for comfortable training. It also has strapless pedals. In addition, many exercise options are available here:
Burn more calories, faster.
Isolate the upper body by placing your feet on the stationary foot pins!
For lower body workout, Rest your hands on the arms.
It also helps for rehabilitation/physical therapy.
Working harder with your upper body means less strain for your lower body, use your arms to ease your knees/hips/ankles through the exercise movement as needed and visa-versa!

Is the M3 Total Body Trainer different from similar devices that I've seen?

Sure. It is manufactured in the United States; our M3 Total Body Trainer uses the same magnetic resistance system as our award-winning M3, rather than use air or friction resistance like similar cardio devices. How is an elliptical device different from a stationary cycle?

On an elliptical device, you are in a standing position and use both your arms and legs to receive a total body workout but in the stationary cycle, you exercise with circular pedals on a sitting position. Ellipticals also provide a more oval pedal stroke. Elliptical devices are designed to replicate walking or running, while stationary cycles are designed to replicate outdoor cycling.

Is the M5(i) Strider different from other elliptical devices?

sure! The M5 provides a drastically reduced footprint as compared to traditional ellipticals and uses the same magnetic resistance system as our M Series cycles.

The M5 Strider is quiet, has fewer maintenance needs and has no need for external power. It also provides a drastically reduced footprint comparing to the traditional one, and uses the same magnetic resistance system as our M Series cycles.

What is the stride length on the M5(i)?

 It has around 13.5” (34.29 cm) with a more vertical emphasis than most elliptical devices. This helps your body to be in the right position, targeting the glutes and raising heart rate effectively.

Yes, in order to reduce costs we ship our cardio machines partially assembled.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once an order is received, the elliptical trainer is shipped within 3 to 4 business days of processing the order, as all our devices are made and shipped from Fresno.

How is the M5i Shipped?

It is shipped about halfway assembled via Fedex. You will have a tracking number to conclude the day of delivery, Fedex will require a signature of someone over the age of 18 for a safe receiving.
